restrictions are:

- Disable desktop icons and menus
- Disable Taskbar completely or partially
- Disable the Start Menu
- Configure the Start Menu
- Disable the Control Panel
- Disable Windows Hotkeys
- Disable USB drives, any drives
- Disable downloads on IE
